Price calculations
Our pricing is estimated based on information gathered during our first In-home visit done by our scheduling team and/or using the information provided through our online form. Keep in mind, estimated prices are only an approximation and can vary based on size and condition. We would also consider any other factors that may increase the total amount of time required to clean the property. Prior to moving forward, if any additional time is required, our scheduling team will contact the customer to provide information of any changes, requiring approval from the customer to proceed.
Heirlooms/Sentimental Items
We ask that in regard to any heirlooms, expensive items or sentimental items, that you would not like us to touch, please make sure you give specific instructions to our scheduling team. This is useful so that we can make sure to add the information to your work order and ensure your requests are granted.
Home Conditions
Before our team proceeds with your cleaning, a walk-through assessment will be done, this is to keep record of any pre-existing damages in the home which we would not be responsible for; which may include but are not limited to:
• Any existing loose shelving or racks, shower doors, faucets, for any other unsecured items.
• Any existing dents, chips, or scratches
• Any damages caused by an item not properly secured
• Any existing stains or wear and tear on any hard surfaces, floors or carpets
Accidental Damage
In the event that one of our Cleaning Technicians should accidentally cause any damage, we require our team member to report the occurance to one of our management team members, who will then contact you, to discuss whether the item will require replacement or repair.
